	KH₂PO₄				1.43	g
	K₂HPO₄·3H₂O				7.2	g
	CaCl₂·2H₂O				0.13	g
	Sodium glycerophosphate				6	g
	FeSO₄·7H₂O				1.1	mg
	Glutathione				0.25	g
	Yeast extract				4.5	g
	Resazurin				1	mg
	Cellulose (Avicel or MN 300)				10	g
	or Cellobiose				5	g
	Distilled water				1	L
	pH 7.0-7.2

		Mix ingredients except for cellobiose and autoclave under N₂/CO₂(80/20) condition. Aseptically and anaerobically add filter-sterile 10% cellobiose solution before inoculation.
