pH 3.0 – 4.0

Solution B**:

Glucose1 g
Agar (dùng khi pha môi trường thạch)20 g
Distilled water500 ml

Lưu ý: Dung dịch A và B được khử trùng riêng biệt bằng nồi hấp và trộn theo tỉ lệ như trong bảng thành phần để hình thành dung dịch môi trường hoạt hóa, nuôi cấy.
